• The WHO designated the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) as a collaborating centre on digital health for 2025-2029. The UOC will assess and improve telemedicine and digital health services while developing strategies for the integration of digital tools into national healthcare systems. Read More 

• The United Kingdom (UK) government announced Cancer 360 which is a new National Health Service (NHS) digital system centralizing all patient data to accelerate cancer diagnosis. Through this new technology, doctors can easily access complete patient information, leading to faster and more coordinated treatment. Read More 

• The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy/Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ASTP/ONC) seek public input to improve digital health technologies for Medicare beneficiaries. These entities concentrate on digital health management, care navigation applications, interoperability, health data exchange, secure access to data, and reducing administrative burden. Read More
