e-Nabız, launched by the Ministry of Health in Türkiye, represents a significant milestone in the digital transformation of healthcare. This comprehensive platform has been instrumental in empowering citizens by providing them with the ability to access their complete electronic health records (EHRs) 24/7, facilitating greater control and management over their personal health information. As of today, e-Nabız has garnered the trust and usage of more than 76 million users across the country, making it an integral part of Türkiye’s healthcare ecosystem. 

The system offers an extensive range of services, allowing users to view all their health records in one place. Comprehensive health information, including detailed diseases and diagnoses, laboratory test results, radiology images, prescriptions and medications, drug information, vaccines, allergies, and many more, is accessible through e-Nabız. Through e-Nabız, citizens are equipped with the tools to monitor their health journey comprehensively, from routine check-ups to more complex medical conditions, all through a user-friendly interface. 

One of the standout features of e-Nabız is its interoperability with various healthcare providers, regardless of whether they are public, private or university-affiliated hospitals. This level of integration ensures that all health institutions can seamlessly transmit real-time data to the platform, making it possible for users and healthcare professionals to access up-to-date information instantaneously. Furthermore, with the users' consent, physicians and even family members can access these records, facilitating better-informed medical decisions and coordinated care. 

e-Nabız’s impact extends beyond just being a digital health record platform. It has earned international recognition by being awarded "The Best Health Application" at the prestigious World Summit Award (WSA). This accolade placed Türkiye among the top five global projects in the health sector, marking the first time the country received such an honor from the WSA. This achievement highlights e-Nabız as not just a national success but a global benchmark for healthcare IT innovations. 

In addition to its role in personal health management, e-Nabız has also played a pivotal role in Türkiye’s organ donation efforts. The platform has facilitated the registration of over 14 million donated organs and has helped increase the number of registered organ donors to more than 968,000. This contribution underscores e-Nabız’s broader societal impact, promoting life-saving organ donation across the country.
